How long does shipping take?
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Standard shipping then takes 15-35 business days depending on your destination. Every order ships free - no minimum.
Do you ship to my country?
We ship to most countries worldwide. If we are unable to ship to your location, we will contact you before cancelling and refund you in full.
How do I track my order?
Once your parcel is dispatched you will receive a tracking number by email. You can check its status any time on our Track Your Shipment page (powered by 17TRACK).
Will I have to pay customs duties or taxes?
Import duties, VAT and any local charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check your country's import rules before ordering.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. All payments are processed over an encrypted connection.
What is your return policy?
You may return an item within 30 days of purchase if it is unused and in its original condition and packaging. Please email us at support@tgzuo.com before sending anything back. For orders that shipped free, a flat US$7 is deducted from the refund to cover the original outbound shipping. Sale and discounted items are final sale. Return freight is paid by the buyer.
My item arrived damaged or defective. What now?
Email support@tgzuo.com with your order number and a photo of the problem. We will send a replacement or issue a refund once the issue is confirmed. Do not return the item before contacting us.
Are the trainer knives sharp?
No. Trainer models are deliberately unsharpened and have no cutting edge - they are made for practice, flipping and safe handling drills. Standard knife models are sharp: please handle with care and keep them away from children.
Can I legally buy this in my state or country?
You are responsible for confirming that purchasing, owning and receiving the item is legal where you live. Our Terms of Service state this, and we may decline or cancel orders that conflict with local knife or import regulations.
What are the products made of, and how should I care for them?
Our handles are machined from titanium alloy or aluminium alloy depending on the model; blades and tools use stainless or titanium alloys. Wipe the item dry after use, keep the pivot lightly oiled, and avoid prolonged moisture to prevent surface marks.
Can I order for resale, OEM or custom laser marking?
Yes. TGZUO has supplied OEM and ODM work from our Yangjiang factory since 2008. For wholesale, custom designs or laser marking, see our Wholesale / OEM page or email june@tgzuo.com.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email support@tgzuo.com as soon as possible. We can usually change or cancel an order before it is dispatched; once it has shipped, please use the return process instead.
