This listing is for one‑time custom engineering drawing / CAD file service only, NO physical product will be shipped.

Please send your idea, sketch, reference picture or dimension requirement after placing order.
Lead time for drawing: 7‑15 working days.
Extra fee will be charged for large‑scale structural changes after confirmation.

This is a custom digital design service. NO REFUND will be issued once the design drawings / digital files have been delivered to you.
Please double‑check all your requirements before placing the order. Confirm details with us to avoid misunderstanding.
This drawing fee can be deducted from your subsequent bulk custom product order.

We want you to love your TGZUO gear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. The knife must be in unused, original condition. Please note that buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
We stand behind the quality of our products. Every products goes through strict quality control. If you receive a defective item or experience a structural failure (such as a broken spring or faulty pivot) under normal use, please contact us immediately at [Sales@tgzuo.com]. We will provide a replacement or a full refund. We may ask for photos or a short video to help us improve our products.
MAINTENANCE METHODS
Keep it clean, dry and lubricated.
1. After using the folding knife, wipe off dirt and debris with soft cloth. Keep it dry and store in a dry environment.
2.Clean immediately after cutting corrosive materials. Do not expose the knife to salt, acid or alkaline substances to prevent rust.
3.Regularly lubricate the pivot system to reduce friction and wear during operation.
4.Store properly in a dry and ventilated area, away from acids and alkalis.
CARE TIP: Always handle the blade safely during maintenance.
